Now there has been 1.28% acceptances after all this time
Anyone would extrapolate at that rate to not much more by 6/4/18

If few wanted to sell at 95cps so far
Why would everyone else now want to sell at 95cps
Mitsui are telegraphing that they will walk away
An extra 5cps would cost them about $30M
How is extending the offer going to do the trick I don't think...
