Well what s surprise lifeline ..18 month c notes at 15 % or convert to equity at 18c per share.
Rabbit has been pulled yet again from the hat.
Holders of both VAN & DAU should be quite pleased for this mini financing miracle.
Obviously the new note holders like the story & think these cowboys can move ahead.
