    Hi jayshot, as DeltaVee pointed out earlier,
    "Vanadium occurs in the Tiris ore at a grade of 330ppm V2O5, a similar concentration to that of U3O8. Approximately half of this vanadium occurs within the uranium host mineral carnotite". ​


    I'm not sure if they would only seek to retrieve the Vanadium from the carnotite but if so, we can assume a recovery of about half that of uranium. The statement implies all of the uranium is in the carnotite and only half of the vanadium.​


    Therefore, we can assume the deposit contains around 26m lbs of vanadium. As you rightly state, this must all be extremely close to surface and easily separated from the weathered granite. Depending on the recovery, we could be producing more than the previously stated 250k lbs V2O5/year.
