    Totally agree with the dividends argument. If they achieve an NPAT in excess of $4m this year there is no reason they can't pay a dividend even if its 1 or 2 cents. As for the John Holland court action, JH are notorious for screwing sub-contractors and good on Valmec for standing up to them. Guarantee that JH will settle rather than losing in court.
