I agree with you there on the Korean side of things, which is why I also chose this company when looking for a vanadium investment. The opinion of management from long-term holders isn't very good but that has been re-organised so hopefully they're doing their job now, though they are still a bit of an unknown to me.
One other thing that has given me confidence is Scott Davis [specialist energy expert - ASX ann. 13/8/18] joining up, mostly in the advisory capacity, as he appears to be an experienced cluey fellow with lots of contacts in the right area and I don't think he would be taking on this role if he didn't feel it was worthwhile.
