im not really sure
@svenf.
UTR just had a CR so my gut feeling is that there will be no CR anytime soon.
The reason I am leaning towards a loan is because this deal must have been in the works for a while now so if they needed to raise the money through CR then they could've factored it in the last CR. It is possible that they did not do it because there is a condition that 5M USD worth of guaranteed orders should be present.
In theory they could just make PT Garda pay the 3M USD and UTR will pay them back with interest through the profits. This is a crazy theory though but hey 70% of 5M USD is 3.5M USD.
Average monthly wage in Indonesia in the manufacturing sector is about 185 USD per month. Assume 50 workers in the plant then taking out loan + interest and the wages still leaves over 300K. Lets assume that will go to paying for power, water, phone bills, bribes (lol), etc for that production period. That leaves just needing to fork out the cost for the materials.
Now assume that they managed to secure 7M USD of orders, there would be 1.4M USD for materials.
Anyways, i really have no idea. I do believe this stock has a promising future though..
