Given the amount of money spent globally on military (approx $1.7T) vs global spend on solar (Approx $160B, call it $250B if you want to generalise about renewables), I'd say we're on a pretty good wicket here.
CR for CR sake (ie. we are running out of money) which most micro cap ASX companies do day to day is a lousy situation. CR for fulfilling production contracts is an entirely different story. I'll take the later any day.
It's a BUY for me anything anything at this level, with a first PT of 0.05. There will no doubt be an updated TMT Analytics report, and last PT they had was 0.08 with none of this upside factored in.
