    And it's not just a Fortune 500 company, it's a Chinese STATE OWNED F500 company. It's like the Chinese government throwing a project to a newcomer and saying:

    "Here, work with this subsidiary that's not us but is us (and allows us to closely monitor), and if you do what you say and it works, then we talk..."
