its not everyday you sign a MOU with a F500 company for them to even consider signing that is a big consideration to put their name too it, should a binding agreement not eventuate it will only tarnish the F500 company reputation for not following through on the deal more-so than UTR. These Israel plays on the ASX are well connected it seems to major market players won't be long before large deals come into play Imo seems like they don't want to mess around with the small $$$.
