"I'm keeping an eye on this one, pending the JVs they want to set up to trial their product.

Right now UTR still need to:

execute their patents
scale (significantly)
sign up partners for trials (once scaled)
scale into mass production.
flush the 2c raise

On top of that, they need to hope that no one else develops a better technology than them. Even if they do all of that, revenue is still 18 months+ away. I'll keep an eye on this because the technology sounds exciting, lots of hurdles to overcome first."

I think this adds to their ability to begin achieving some of the above things but to me, personally, this announcement is hype and doesn't provide enough detail.
