If it is as successful in testing as it has been in the lab, youdé have to think somebody would like to secure an early licensing agreement
With NTU Possibly a strategic split with both UTR and DTZ both getting the opportunity to receive funding as others have pointed out very similar back stories and would have to no each others tech to a certain degree
I think there's a lot more to the Epsilor licence agreement than meets the eye
Their researches may just be what was needed to kick this along
