The only obstacle to rolling it out is adoption. The system requires a new kind of charging port and a non-standard charger. So the only shot StoreDot has is partnering with an OEM. The company seems to have worked this kink out. Samsung became an investor and may incorporate StoreDot's technology into a production run of a smartphones
