I am very interested in this stock and it's advancements into the tech industries BUT What worries me about this acquisition is why hasn't Microsoft AOL Samsung even Facebook or Google purchased this company xTV if it is the next BIG thing ??? ....if it is the next step of integration ....this company xTV would have a lot of bidders knocking at its door . Not down ramping as I really like the idea of xTV but just questioning as it seems like a cheap buy. IMO I need to do more research before I buy.
