I agree, everything I can see about this deal looks really good.

IMO the problem we have is the 'sophisticated' investors out there who came on board at .2c and want to try and take a profit before this deal has had a chance to work on the IZM market. It will serve them right if the market falls back to buyers at .1c and sellers at .2c. IMO a market fall such as this may mean the consolidation will need to be greater to get the post consolidation level up to 20c and their leverage will consequently get smashed (as will Sam's), again it serves them right.

I'm going to hold and good luck to all genuine holders who bought in for the RIO deal and/or the xTV proposal.
