re: Ann: USN: US NICKEL TAKEOVER OFFER FOR AR... I see you have a foot in both camps, Rifici, but from the tenor of your posts I think maybe a bigger foot in USN. Although USN might have had some success in capital raising, the way I see it is that ARD have the minerals and USN are trying to get a bigger share of them without contributing anything to ARD shareholders to compensate them for the dilution of their holding in the au & ag. If USN tipped in say 8 cents a share cash sweetener, I think ARD holders might be a bit more interested, but then USN probably can't afford a cash sweetener.
