Basically just regurgitated to the US what they've presented in previous reports here??
Nothing new of note really, other than updated info on Catapult Vision.
They said their last cash raise was expected to be their last?? Can't see how they can be looking to ask for more just months later....
Might simply be a tactic to continue to build their brand in the US (which they admitted they dropped the ball on in H1 Fy18) now they have the complete tech stack available to clients.
What are the rules around dual listings...could they be looking to jump on the NASDAQ? Is this possible?
US do value tech stocks much greater than we do..
