As far as I understand it, they have funding from the US for PTX-200 but not PTX-100, which is what this ann is all about. I guess it's gonna take a fair bit of coin to get it off the ground, but wouldn't seem right to do a cap raise at these low SPs? Probably down to under 1mil in the bank by now? So yeah they're gonna need some funds, and to ask at the bottom...?
Maybe they're storing up some news for a bit of a pump first? But they've released a lot of great news already...
