@Pardner great example, implementation is a big risk. At this end of the market it so often seems to go wrong.

Also, its worth considering that we dont know what we dont know. Could be a guy or gal out there about to publish research showing a certain type of meditation or certain type of cognitive behaviour therapy or some other device is useful for changing the behaviour etc in autism sufferers. Maybe its more useful? Maybe its half as useful but cheaper and easier? Just saying this is a risky stock, doesn't mean it won't succeed, but people on here talk like success is assured.
