The whole document is laid out is the cleansing note. Only 14 people have looked at it. Which has not changed since just after it went up last night Hong Kong time.
You can't claim no transperency if you don't read the documents provided. Were you expecting a personal phone call or a private banker to hold your hand and read it to you?
