Are you trying to change your story now? You originally said 24 months as a response to the announcement which was completely wrong. You either can't read or didn't understand the details in the announcement. You stated:

From my brief reading, the loan is paid in tranches, one ($30m) in 50 days and one 12 months from that date. You did not say that you imagine it will take longer than 12 months due to previous delays in other projects etc.
