Names has just indicated a term sheet is not a legal binding document, so until a contract is signed, there is no funding. This is like any other MOU or LOI so lets see something legal before indicating this is a done deal. You may not remember all the previous non binding agreements they have announced to the market, but if you have a spare afternoon, HC stores it all.
As for mgmt not looking stressed, I'm glad you are monitoring their condition.....we won't want to burden them with the added stress of doing a job...I mean mgmt are only getting paid ~$250k base salary..
