Yes, it's good news, but it's pretty hard to define " within as short a period as possible" (from the announcement). The money seems to be coming in at about the same rate as it's being spent by the company management on paying themselves for the time and effort it's taking them to keep this deal alive. The Mongolian assets looks pretty much worthless to me.

All the company has going for it now is a trickle of funds coming in, it seems, at rate to be determined by ARL.

All that said, IMHO, I think it's worth a punt at these levels, as the it could quickly head back up to 1.5c.
