I wouldn't be at all surprised if just "Maybe" they picked up on other serious concerns / issues in the accounts !!!!! . IMO...One would have presumed that they had the books fully checked out as part of their DD when they purchased the plant ????
OH WELL ...don't worry everyone the Co can always issue more Con Notes !!!!! lol lol
