the last bit - well, a positive spin is that there is something to offtake!!!!! And that this lender wants a piece of the action.
the negative spin of course is that they saw an opportunity to stitch up the company and ALSO take a slice of any future export/sale/processing profits as well.
which is more likely............?................ hmm.
