A little forward thinking here - we are talking $330K
It is one thing to own 33M shares at a 20% discount, it is another to hope realise them and receive back your investment
The only way he will every realize that position on market and at 1c+ is through successful exploration
Therefore, your theory that he put up $330k to instill confidence, possibly influence the market etc I don't accept
Considering he owned around 17% before the placement, an application of only $170k would have been required for him to avoid being diluted. A $330k+ application suggests he is having a decent lash and backs the results
