vontrader, if I m MD, I would underwrite whatever amount I can ... 1. its 20% cheaper, 2. I don't want to lose my job. 3. the fact I subscribe will make market think as you are thinking now ... 4. you and rest shareholders pay him anyway.
if its 1c, I will take a punt, and when I judge it looks no good like today, I sell still make 20% ... not sure whats your entry price.
