My point bros is that mining lease already exists at 100% Nabarlek and that's one place where u won't need many if any approvals to advance. Believe it's also target of recent program. Nabarlek was Oz's richest grade mine and looking at diags the zone below was shift-faulted / intruded so if any extension can be found, then they wont be wanting to place any residual and u can add a "1" in front of whatever current price for starters. Lets see if we get lucky this time round.
