re: Ann: UPDATED TRANSIT RECEIVES STATE APPRO... Another 100,000 and 150,000 shares to buy, last night it was 100,000 shares to sell when the shares were pushed down.

I'm always suspicious of large parcel waiting there.

Ask yourself, for a small market cap stock, if I'd like to accummulate I'd rather buy in small parcel to avoid ppl jumping in front of the queue and push the price up.

These large parcel is nothing more than:

1. Major shareholders prop up prices to ensure their holdings are not under further water.

2. Average down by major shareholders

I won't be rushing to buy as there should be further opportunities along the way.

Price manipulation and passing of $$ from the nervous to the smart one.
