    I remain concerned on the validity and eligibility for Paul Morrell's vote to count. Yes he is not yet a board member but Michael has told everyone that he will be so this makes him IMO a related party and hence his votes should not be counted.

    How asx or ASIC see this is unbeknown to me............................please someone tell me I have the bull by the udders
