He will be hoping Paul Morrells vote can carry him over but I AM NOT SO SURE OF THE VALIDITY OF MORRELL VOTING AS HE WOULD CERTAINLY BE DEEMED TO BE A RELATED PARTY OF SORTS and as such be excluded for voting to re-elect Michael

I am not fully conversant with how this works as Paul is not yet on the board but Michael did announce that he would become a board member. For someone to come out of the blue and drop 5 mill into a down-trending company and be told he would get a seat on the board, he surely must be seen as a related party hence making his vote ineligible and unlawful.

There are too many details that I still need to get my head around and not sure what regulators see as OK or NOT OK.

Best bet now is to remain positive and vote accordingly.
