    The directors need to do 2 things before GM to give us confidence:

    1) buy their own shares in this company to prove they believe in this company themself. Need to buy big not because I say so.
    2) provide bigger and monumental visionary plan, eg China Sale

    Otherwise, my vote is No to remuneration unless I make my money!
