Your asking me those questions??? My view is probably very different from whatever they have in mind but they are one deeply experienced team across a number of disciplines including governance, dairy and shareholder comms. They are not a very aggressive group and will happily sit out the current AGM resolution melee and if called upon afterwards will certainly step up but probably not all at once.

I can't see the company going bust under the current management team but the governance team needs to change for the company to become an investment proposition in my view and that is now very much in the hands of the votes, including the latest large voter from the placement.
