ResAppDx outperformed the standard of care of individual treating team clinicians with 74% PPA vs 65% PPA. The technology was well above the current standard of diagnosis.
The issue here is with the adjudication board disagreeing with each other and needing a third doctor to arrive at a definite conclusion.
Unfortunately low incidence numbers of only 29 patients having croup meant an FDA submission cannot be made. Only 2% of the study population with croup, means the commercial market is limited.
It's all about the FDA submission for the three main markets and CE approvals over the next few months.
