    The announcement clearly states that they only just beginning project financing. Funding is not arranged.
    They will need to raise around $100m to fund the project.
    I am not saying this in a negative way, just that your implied statement that the price could increase 15x is not based on reality. Even with the required cap raising it could still be 5x.
