    A couple of points.

    1. You get almost 14% zn eq for the high grade deposit. The reason the company has lowered the cutoff was because CSA global told them to lower it as it added to the economics of the project. What's wrong with 8% for the total? I bet you already know the zn eq. of Cannington or Century - roughly the same for Cannington and significantly lower for Century.

    2. The scoping study can include both indicated and inferred resources (refer to the ASX guideline). Another company to which I'm a shareholder released an SS last year including a portion of the inferred in its financial modelling. So I doubt the financial modelling will be limited to the indicated resource, which as you point out is lower grade.

    3. If you read the broker report that mentions tax properly it takes 50% tax as a 'worst case scenario'. Not as a likely or possible scenario for any production sharing agreement. We'll have to wait and see.
