Yes dilution is the biggest concern at this stage, and SS to be released before the CR.

I have wondered why they're proposing to raise up to an amount that is significantly greater than the option ($16.5m), obviously to progress the project but could do so with a lot less. I can only speculate that it's in the shareholders' interests.

Timing is everything. I got in early expecting more interest from the market, especially given the quality of the resource. But without that market interest I suspect that a lot of people are probably sitting on the sidelines for a bit.
