I like this comment from the presentation:
The Board considers the current share price does notrepresent the potential of the company.
So much so that they have purchased exactly none at this bargain basement price. 
Read between the lines folks, it is very easy to put together a flash presentation full of motherhood statements.  Us investors need to test what is said and call it out when it doesn't match reality. They are happy to spend your money but not their own.
