I am not trying to defend Paul here but have u had a good look at how much he is getting as the MD of triple? Its a lot less than a lot of other "lifestyle" companies whom would pay themselves 300k per year and still have oppies.
Having more oppies wont work if the company isnt successful mate. The oppies can go lower but if share price heads one way, oppies wont be in play. So at the end of the day the company needs to be heading one way for the oppies to come in.
Have a look at his resume, he aint short in opportunities to get paid a lot more.
To me I think he sees this as another challenge and when he and BSP succeed, they will be handsomely rewarded.
