When this "merger is finally completed", do we mere shareholders, that have provided the money to pay wages etc. have any say in the amount of "staff" employed at PDY?

Both AGU and PDY had whatever amount of people to RUiN each company, and surely as there will be no major change to the structure of PDY, other than it will own an extra 30% of the tenements, there is no need for (ANY) AGU staff to be employed at PDY.

It would be unfortunate for these people to "lose their jobs" but PDY is not a charity (or is it?), and they can find jobs elsewhere, whereas we can't find our investment money that has been (lost) elsewhere.
