buyers at 0.004c keep increasing ...to cap the buying at 0.005c .. you watch what keeps happening when the 0.005c buyers increase , the 0.004c buyers increase to stall it.

when the 0.005c buyers significantly outway the 0.004c buyers then it would move up or if the 0.004c trades get taken away the same outcome.

traders want in cheap at 0.004c rather than 0.005c and take 20% drop
