Consolidation is meaningless to the paper value of your shares. The dilution due to the Rights Issue is meaningful and is the reason why you need to participate if holding. Resolutions 1 and 3 are contingent upon the approval of Resolution 2 (Consolidation of Capital). I'd respectfully suggest that all holders vote in favor of all three resolutions.
