therein lies the problem.... a buy now at say .003 is an effective 45c entry, so, you would have to be sure of taking your rights fully. It does appear to me to be an attempt to drown out existing holders. Then, do you risk trying for stock after when everyone else has the same idea, as well as, no doubt, those in the know from CPS etc...........maybe part of the plot is to create confusion
