    on reflection of the fundamentals, the last time the EIS was working the market news channels we were at the GFC low

    which is what the move up from april 2009 appears to have been all about, EIS and the promise of a steel plant in gladstone

    now we're looking at the EIS being issued end of this month, and the chart yet again begs to be noticed...
