If Rogers is sick, and Grey represents Gandel, then the company should not be putting forward any resolutions except getting a functional, legitimate board with independent Directors. To do otherwise is scandalous. I think TV would be a good course of action. Might wake up ASIC that is ineffective (ask D1326), and the company that still has never replied to my communications. To even suggest that shareholder action group and the action taken was rebellious is nothing short of a sick joke given what we all have endured.
