Good points raised and I agree it is getting very interesting and as a result more patience required as is of the way for most start ups attempting to 'disrupt' the status quo.
It would appear it is okay to be deemed a hearable but when we start muscling into health care programmes as an actual hearing aid then they will exert their significant influence and lobby accordingly.
The question remains if the company can navigate these uncharted waters successfully although pending changes in regulations should make this easier in the future not to mention the unquestionable need which will only grow as time passes due to the younger generations habitual miss treatment of their eardrums.
