Further to its announcement of 2 May 2018, LiveTiles Limited (LiveTiles or the Company) advises that four subsidiaries of the Company have been added to proceedings (among a total of 12 defendants) concerning a shareholder dispute in respect of companies unrelated to LiveTiles and involving the co- founders of LiveTiles.
LiveTiles regards the claim as frivolous and without merit."
