WRT the invitation to tender for one of the 25 blocks offered by CNOOC, I cant help but think John Manzoni has a role to play ( if he has not done so already) on this given BP's long standing relationship with CNOOC, it would be fair say he'd know is way around these deals.

    Securing one of these bocks could potentially be mind blowing.
