Most companies can articulate plans when they are looking at demergers and splits, and can often have deals on the table "subject to". It seems to me that whatever they have cooking, is in part, relient on moving to the AIM. I dont expect that you would put together a high end board with the intentions of doing things by halves,
Agree its a good price to get in, but no urgency either by the seem of things.
