"Liquidity in the Company’s shares has declined significantly during the period leading up to the proposed demerger. It is anticipated that following the demerger investor relation activities will be restarted with each of the Company and Leyshon Energy Limited."
You know I keep thinking about this statement and cannot recall ever seeing a statement like it from a listed company.
Does it not implies Investor relations have a correlation with the liquidity in the company's shares?
Are they saying they will do nothing to support the share price until the demerger has occurred?
IMO this statement in itself is having an adverse effect on the SP.
I cant help but think that LRL are going to put together something spectacular, but to switch off "investor relations pushes the friendship.
