One of the popular tipsters in the UK(TOM WINNIFRITH ) has just put out his tip on LRL. -
Buy Leyshon at 7.125p target 14p says Doc Holiday On to the free share tip for today: Leyshon Resources (LRL) is going through a transformation right now and unlike a Gok Wan sketch the buxom beauty has yet to emerge. It will. Like Michael Flatley it is down but not out. The shares are a buy at 7.25p target 14p. Now for a few simple facts. The company has a stack of cash which equates in excess of the current share price. The company has a heavy weight board that is more than capable of securing cracking corporate deals at the right price. Much of this is highlighted in Tom's Winnifriths recent lunch with head honcho Paul Atherley which you can read abo ut here: However the material change is not just the cash balance but the shift from what looked to be the equilibrium of 9p down to 6.875p yesterday. Investor expectation seemed to be hit by a quarterly report which didn't seem to warrant a 12% drop in the share price. The very fact that once the demerger of this entity takes place the company will be avoiding an ASX listing and only trading on AIM is actually a positive move in that it saves cash and money. Small caps at this level have little positives coming from a dual listing. The company has stated that on completion of the separation it will ramp up IR and has a pregnant newsflow from its ongoing gas drilling programme. '' Overall the initial results have s o far calibrated well with the recently acquired seismic data. '' There is value but investors seem fearful. That is the buying opportunity. My target price is 14p
